Had a nice quiet Thanksgiving. We watched the Macy's Parade and the Dog Show. I fixed a turkey breast, greenbean casserole, mashed pots, dressing , gravy and cranberry sauce. We have been eating leftovers and the food was great. At 5 PM I went to the 5 to 9 Thanksgiving sale at Michaels. They had the Cricut for $99. But Friday online and Joanns has it for $75 No shipping fees. Never wanted a Cricut before but now I have to get one. At Michaels I even bought 2 cartridges for it and I don't even have the machine. The cartridges costs 69 to 89$ each and they were on sale $25 to $39. I ran into Josie and she was getting cartridges too.
Came home and got up at midnight to get the $75 Friday price on line. It took till 2:30 AM before the price was changed online and I bought it to be shipped to Alabama. This morning I got up and went back to Michaels to get more cartridges and there it was on sale for $69. Doesn't matter cause I would have had to carry it back on the plane.
Met Dossy for coffee at Barnes and Noble and we had a great visit. Mark is still in Iraq and won't be home till March....... Will this ever end?
