ACUPRESSURE THERAPY

Yesterday Libby and I went to AcuWell and had Acupressure Massages and Foot Reflexology. It is a new place and the grand opening was an hour massage ( and it was over an hour) for $38. Regular price is $48 and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. You don't have to get undressed and you sit in a big comfy lounge chair. They put your feet on soak in hot water then put the chair back and massage you scalp, head, ears, and face. They pinch, tap and even pop ears. Surpisingly it feels good. After some work on neck, shoulders, and arms massaging, stretching and snapping they head toward your feet. They scrub your feet and then massage your legs and spend a lot of time massaging, pulling and pushing on pressure points. After along time on your feet you roll over and surprise your chair has turned into a massage table. With face in hole you get head, neck, arms, shoulders, back and legs pounded, massaged, and stretched.... Was over an hour and the funniest thing is that it is a big room with a line of the chairs(maybe 10) and Libby was in the chair next to me. It was so good that I going again on Friday and next week.
