Finished this today at the Art Bar. This is a rainbow owl   He's going to be in the art show tomorrow night   I like the way he turned out

This Saturday we made  pear books at Jeans. Mine is blank like

 my brain.

SC did this with out a ruler.  She is very precise and does a lot of stuff in patterns.

We made these at Jean's on Sat. (Sir Stamps A Lot). Always a good time. Andrea, Sandy, Paula, and I had lunch at Purple Onion.

Paintings in the ArtShow

I have 4 entries. The 2 watercolors will be framed.  The other 2 are grit medium with acrylics. Painted with a palette knife.

Now I just use a nose piece I quit using the chin strap.  This is better

Sleep apnea

This is the way I sleep at night. I make it 4 hrs sometimes more sometimes less. My mouth gets so dry. I don't think the humidifier is working. I do feel more rested during the day and don't take naps any more. When I went thru the sleep study without the BPAP I had 60 episodes in an hour.which is extreme sleep apnea when I slept with the BPAP on a high pressure setting I only had one episode in a hour and a half. I do feel better except for the dry mouth.

Paper doll party

Today we (Sandy,Paula and me) Had a paper doll party at my house. We snacked and made paper dolls for 6 hrs. We had a good time.
