Saturday Afternoon

Went out in the boat and the kids were towed on the raft and bounced all over the place. We stopped at the marina and fed saltines to the fish. On the way home we stopped for a swim. And the boat wouldn't start. We waved a boat down and they gave us a tow home.
Everyone had seconds and thirds of pork chops,mac and cheese, and corn. Never have seen these 4 eat so much.

Saturday at the Lake

It is 1pm and 101degrees here at Smith Lake. We went swimming most of the morning. Now it's break time. When we got here the air conditioner upstairs was out and there was an ant invasion in the pantry. In the past two weeks a bird built a nest on a lifejacket on the porch with one egg in it. During the night the bird came back and laid
another egg. Pictures of the activities follow.

Art Work

We did paper cutting at Lib's . Sorta made snowflakes. Mari ,Sara and I went to class at Jean's. Sandy and Francis were there also. We made 5 or 6 different flowers. Then used them to make cards.

Grandmoo's House

Mari worked in Aunt Libby's office and got a spray tan. Spending the night at Grandmoo's playing on the computer and watching TV.

Fun Day Baytowne

Kids love this place. Did all of this after pool and beach time. Had spaghetti dinner with all my grandchildren

Brunch at Another Broken Egg Cafe

I had a bloody Mary and yes the garnish is carrot,celery and okra. The crab stacker platter had a grits patty with a crab cake on top and a sauce of shrimp,mushrooms,and sausage on Toast points. Was outstanding

Acme Oyster House Dinner

Great dinner. I had charbroiled oysters and seafood gumbo. Food was great.

Baytown Harbor Condo

Le Jardin condo. Right in the middle of Baytown Harbor Wharf. 3 stories. 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. Balconies off all 3 bedrooms. Fireplace pass thru to the master bath from bedroom.
