DENVER JUNE 2010

Marielle handing over her half of the money for her new computer. She got an Acer. While we were there I got a wireless HP laptop and router to replace my desk top.
All set up and ready to go. Sara is on Joe's laptop, Mari on her new laptop and mine is on the counter on the lower right hand corner.










We saw a full double rainbow. I couldn't get a full picture but it went end to end.

DENVER JINE 2010

We panned for gold outside of Central City with neighbors of Kathy and Joe. We had a great time but only found flour gold. Flour gold is as fine as flour and we didn't have the equipment to collect it. After we went to Blackhawk (Casinos) in this town and had lunch.

DENVER JUNE 2010

Marielle graduated from 6th to 7th grade. She got some money to reach her goal to buy a computer and a phone.




She was one excited girl.



Sara is serving in her tennis singles match. She lost 6-4,6-4 but did a great job. Right after she played doubles with Grace and they won one set but lost the tie breaker. She did a great job for her first tournament.

Flew to Denver a week ago Saturday. I'll be here till the 9th of July. Weather is great. Cool at night warm during the day. We have ha a really busy schedule. There have been pot lucks, ice cream parties,pizza parties, tennis matches for both girls. Marielle won her singles match and she and her partner Abby won their doubles. There have been tennis lessons, piano lessons more to come in my Denver blogs. Linda Miller and I tired to get together but can't get the timing right.

MORE JUVENILE CARDS

These were fun. I embossed pink and silver foil paper and just used a glitz pen on a paper I liked.

JUVENILE BIRTHDAY CARDS

I just finished these cards for my grandchildren to give to friends for their Birthdays.

Some are colored with my new Copic pens.

HAND FILLER

The first two pictures are before the filler. You can see how the veins and tendons are very prominent. Libby and her intern did the injections which were just under the skin. It didn't hurt or bleed. When it was first injected. (It was three or four in each hand) It looked like big ole peas under the skin. But then they were massaged and the filler was smoothed out.

The bottom 2 pics show the difference and it is really dramatic.

3 CARD CLASSES

I haven't been blogging since I started playing Farmville and Treasure Isle on Facebook. It is so addictive.

The first set of cards were made using paste, Stencils, and chalk ink.




The second set of cards were made using mini clip boards that we created with chip board and clips.








The last set were sketch cards that we made and creating a layout design.
