The first two pictures are before the filler. You can see how the veins and tendons are very prominent
. Libby and her intern did the injections which were just under the skin. It didn't hurt or bleed. When it was first injected. (It was three or four in each hand) It looked like big ole peas under the skin. But then they were massaged and the filler was smoothed out.
The bottom 2 pics show the difference and it is really dramatic.
