Sarah Claire is four

Sarah had a castle bounce house and a snow cone making machine which were a big hit with all the party goers.





She loved her Dora doll.








The cake was sooo good. After everyone was served  Sarah got both hands in the icing and had it everywhere.

Halloween 2011

Halloween was a fun time for the super family 









I gave out the goodies while all went trick or treating.

New Orleans Nov 2011

Libby and I went to New Orleans for 4 days.  We had a great time from eating charcoal grilled oysters to touring the cemetary.  Did some shopping and lots of eating.  Wish it had been longer.

Sat. we got together at my house and had a great time. There was Jean, Paula, Sandy, and Andrea. We are working on a techniques book.

April Tornado Damage

We were so lucky. This is the only damage in my complex...

Below is a video from Pleasant Grove, Al after the tornado of April 2011.

Everything was gone as far as you could see in any direction. Cars were piled on top of each other. One house only had a refridgerator standing. Another only the toilet and bathroom sink. One had a closet with the clothes still on hangers and that was all that was left. There were clothes in the trees, driveways with no houses (just like Biloxi after Katrina) the landscape was like So. Fla after Andrew. This is just one of many towns that were demolished after this record setting day of tornados in Alabama.

I'm having a problem with the video. Will try to fix it.

SAT. PLAY DATE

Andrea, Paula, Sandy and I played with some different techniques. We're putting a book of techniques together. This was the messiest one so far. The old shaving cream and reinker backgrounds.

Catch up time

Went to Sips and strokes a couple of days ago and this is my painting. Libby is going to take it and put it in the Lake House.

ATC Saturday at my house. Jean and Sandy made it but Paula and Andrea didn't. Everyone has been here at least once. We're waiting for Jean to open her new store.

WEEKEND AT THE LAKE HOUSE

We went to the Lake House this weekend and a had a relaxing 2 days.

Sarh and I spent time on the porch, she played games on the Iphone and I read a book on my Ipad.

This would make a great Apple ad.
